So Club511 has a fascinating history from when it first opened to where it is now. After a change of owner a while ago the direction of the club shifted dramatically from its original opening to where it is now. Many people thought that the club would essentially die, but the new owners and direction have proved them wrong.
Club511, like several other clubs, has also gone down the road of different “venues” within the region, much like what Peak Lounge has done so as each week goes on, the venue of the actual “Club511” shifts between different builds. The latest build to be added is “The Clubhouse”.

So 511 isn’t on our regular list of clubs that we go to, but we have found ourselves hitting Club511 a lot more regularly especially during the late evenings. The Clubhouse has a feel of an “Old Empire” feel to it, tall ceilings, heavy stone structure that that air of fading decadence which was very common with the old British Empire buildings just as the empire started to collapse after the second world war.

The build itself is nestled between two other venues of Club511, one of them being the main club and the other being the club yaught parked around the back.
The opening of the new Clubhouse had a string of awesome live singers singing live to a crowd of around 60 to 80 people. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay long as the opening was at 3 am our time. By the looks of it the clubhouse is more than likely gonna be used for live singer sets as the layout is more of a sit back and relax atmosphere, especially with the seating where normally the dancefloor would be.
